Are you ready to turn up the heat, embrace your curves, and move to the rhythm of your own confidence? Join Bodacious Betty for an unforgettable 4-week course, where we celebrate every inch of you in a safe and empowering space!

When: 27 March, 3 April, 10 April*, & 17 April: 19:30 - 21:30

 

*10 April will not be a regular class! All participants will receive a ticket to the Glamour & Giggles Burlesque Show at New Vision Theatre in Andel. The show begins at 19:30 and will last about 2 hours.

What to Expect:

 

• Classes of pure empowerment – discussion, burlesque-inspired movement, and celebration!

• Choreography crafted for fabulous larger bodies

• Open conversations on body confidence and breaking the chains of fatphobia

• Resources for stylish larger-sized clothing, lingerie, and accessories

• Engage in movement that sets your inner Bodacious Babe free

• The last session on 17 April will include a mini photoshoot with a professional photographer! You'll receive 2 edited photos, with the option to purchase more!

• You may pay in smaller amounts over time. Select this option in the registration form and I'll contact you to agree on the details!

 

Fee is non-refundable. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you may find your own replacement for the course, or 50% of your payment may be used for a future class or course.
 

This course will be held in English.

No previous experience necessary in burlesque, dance, or movement.
 

This course is intended for those who identify as fat, curvy, voluptuous, plus sized, or with having a bigger body. There is no body size police! If this is how you identify, you are welcome!

 

Things You'll Need:

• Notebook and pen​

• Clothes you feel good in and are comfortable moving in. Sexy attire is encouraged but definitely not required! You could wear leggings and a tshirt, a bodysuit, lingerie, shorts and a sports bra...whatever you want!

• A robe or something that opens in the front and that ties closed

• An open mind and adventurous spirit!

• High Heels are NOT required (I won't be wearing them, but you can if you want!)
